The State of Fukusa is a Japanese-oriented nation situated in Asia. It consists of 15 prefectures, one being Kinto, which is the home of Kessho City, the capital.
Scenario
During the Collapse of the Modern World, the imperial monarchy was overthrown by militia groups. The entire country broke into pieces.
